Top Review Headphones and transmitter paired immediately after installation. Sound quality is excellent. I have hearing loss and use a blue tooth transmitter that produces tv and movies directly to my hearing aids. The sound quality of the Avantree headphones produces a more natural sound and I do not need my hearing aids to listen and still understand. Had I tried the Avantree first I could have saved $279 which was the cost of the ReSound TV transmitter. I am going to buy a second Avantree headset for my Arizona home as soon as I have a little extra change in my pocket. - David A Sherman

Top Review These have been life-changing! I was always worried about my tv disturbing others in my house, and these eliminate that problem. I can hear every sound super clearly, and it is so easy to turn them off and on and switch back to the TV's regular sound out option when I don't feel like wearing them. They do hurt my ears a bit after a few hours but I feel like that is to be expected when wearing headphones. That being said, the headphones are super comfortable and block out most outside noise. These are wonderful and I highly recommend them if you are looking for a device like this. - Cathy D.
